We were appointed as the main contractor for full refurbishment of the 5 bedroom house. We constructed a new porch for this end of terrace property.  There was structural work inside such as removal of the load bearing exterior wall between kitchen and dining room to create an open space. All plumbing pipes and electric cables were replaced with new ones. Underfloor heating with mega flow was installed for the ground floor. All windows were renewed with grey uPVC glazing. 

Main works of the project are as follows:
Timber stud walls to separate the rooms
Installation of plasterboards
Universal steel beam installation
Plastering (skim coat) and painting
Flooring (tiling for kitchen, hallway and bathrooms, hard flooring for the remaining)
Installation of internal door & skirting boards & architraves
Fixing of new staircase & balustrade
Fitting of the kitchen units & cabinets and appliances
Electrical works (rewiring of the whole houses)
Plumbing works (includes changing of the boiler and installation of megaflo cylinder) 

Works were completed within 14 weeks as agreed in the contract. The customer was more than satisfied with the quality of the work, our project management, the timing and our work discipline.
