We were appointed to carry out side extension and full refurbishment of the house. The existing property was a 2 bedroom semi-detached house. After proposed works on the project, there were a 2 bedroom house and a 3 bedroom house separately. The work also included a new outbuilding in the garden for the new two properties.

Main works of the project are as follows:
Demolition works (only one side wall remained, the rest was torn down)
Foundation for walls and columns and sub-flooring
Timber stud walls to separate the rooms
Exterior cavity walls and installation of plasterboards
Universal steel beam and columns
Extension’s pitched roof 
Plastering (skim coat) and painting
Flooring (tiling for kitchen and bathrooms, hard flooring for the remaining)
Installation of internal door & skirting boards & architraves
Fixing of new staircase & balustrade for the first floor of side extension
Fitting of the kitchen units & cabinets and appliances
Electrical works (wiring of the new houses)
Plumbing works for new houses (includes removing of manholes) 

Works were completed within 16 weeks as in the contract. We accomplished the project on time and within budget. Therefore we received high praise from the client.
