We were appointed as the main contractor for full refurbishment of the semi-detached 3 bedroom house. We removed some existing walls on the first floor. Since the walls were continuing to the loft floor, steel beams were installed. All plumbing pipes for heating and sanitation were renewed and electric cables were replaced with new ones. The existing flooring was carpet, and changed with engineered wood flooring for all rooms excluding kitchen and bathrooms (tiled with natural stone). Kitchen units & cabinets were changed and new kitchen was installed. 

Main works of the project are as follows:
Removing of existing partition and load bearing walls
Installation of universal steel beams
Timber stud walls to separate the rooms
Installation of plasterboards
Plastering (skim coat) and painting
Flooring (tiling for kitchen and bathrooms, hard flooring for the remaining)
Installation of internal door & skirting boards & architraves
Fixing of new staircase & balustrade
Fitting of the kitchen units & cabinets and appliances
Electrical works (rewiring of the whole houses)
Plumbing works

Works were completed within 9 weeks of the contracted 10 weeks programme. We accomplished the project on time and within budget. Therefore we received high praise from the client.
